Units en route for that disturbance at 3406 Capitol Avenue. Complaintant called back, gave 3-4 in Capitol at the gas station. Said that she wanted to report a theft, would not get dispatched any further, just wanted to be to an officer and disconnected. 258, I'm about to pull up. Thank you.
