Truck passer at 1525 North Central at the CVS. Black male, 40 to 50s, thin hair. Correction, thin-build, gray hat, gray shirt, blue pants, large backpack, no weapons, possibly 390, or on 237 David, refusing to leave. He's sitting at the front entrance. We have Alton, the manager, for contact at 1710.
