Walmart 45400 Marketplace. You can see our caller in a goldish colored Ford Focus parked in a handicapped spot near the garden center. She says a black male with a brown t-shirt, a black backpack, and a black hat on approached her in the front. He told her she was beautiful and asked if she wanted to go out with him. She declined but stated she was in the store for over an hour and every corner she turned he would be there. He was also carrying a small walkie-talkie and speaking into it.
