Bank of Ann Arbor, 8080 Chalice Road. Occurred in the parking lot, caller saw a black sedan and a black SUV pull into the parking lot. The driver got out, went over to the other vehicle, and he was stumbling through and intoxicated. One vehicle has left, but another is still remaining.
