Being in the parking lot at Wegmans, 6789 East Genesee Street, row number 6. Meeting with a Lolita Pfeiffer. Reporting a red Ford Escape, New York. Henry Robert Robert 9599, HR 9599. Had a dog locked inside, was sitting there for about 45 minutes. Owner has now come out and gotten into the vehicle. Not sure if it's still on scene there.
