Vehicle were illegally towed from a 6007 West Thomas. It's a Capri Classic and a Chevy Silverado. Fins are attached. Complainant had permission to park there from the property owners. Has advised this morning that the vehicles were towed. Also verified with property owner that he doesn't have a tow contract. It's for contact who is in a gray GMC.
