Any upper end unit that can clear to start? It's titled a hazardous road condition. I just started fire for rescue. Eastern Boulevard and Martin Boulevard, Eastern Boulevard and Martin Boulevard. So that's floodwaters, multiple vehicles are stuck, assuming that people are inside of it. Fire Department 76.
