So, would you consider this an assault towards the victim? What are you, what are you leaning towards? We're still trying to figure it out. He's kind of just rambling at this point, but from the video, I would, I would say it's definitely some assault there. QSL. Once you make the determination, you should be good. The fact that you have video of the incident and he matched the description with the male. So, whenever you have determination, you can just get the gun. Here we go.

Did he make any threats while he was being shot at? No, so we're still getting the story, but from what he told me, he never made any threats, saying that he was going to stab her or anything. He just, when we told him when he initially approached him, he was, oh, I'm coming back. Like, he's like, I'm coming back for you. That's all he said, and then he just came back with a knife in his hand.

Alright, we just got sent on a 332 reference. Someone's trying to stab someone. We have the, the offender detained. The victim's telling us that he was waiting at the bus stop and he was approached by a homeless male. The homeless male told him, I'm going to come back for you. He walked away.
