Copy, and it's going to 8010 Northeast 185 Street. It's the PSE substation. They wanted to advise that the area is live, so they said you can't enter the fenced area, but there's an unknown subject that appears to be trying to knock the camera down with a stick. Unknown weapons, unknown HPD or high. Wasn't able to give a better description. 8010 Northeast 185 Street.
