2 Delta 32 Echo 1, a signal 95, area 1585 Holcombe Ridge Road, 1585 Holcombe Ridge Road, near Pipedreams. Advised there is a female on the property that came in and was disturbing people. She was talking to herself. She advised the business owner that she came in to talk to herself because she couldn't hear herself outside. She was last seen headed back towards Main Road. Black female, 20s to 30s, green shirt, heavy set.
