102 and 102, respond for this 10-11. 2405 Springdale Road, 2405 Springdale, cross of Hollandale and Bluemount. Dog has been outside since 9 a.m. and no one is letting it in, even though it is scratching on the doors. And building section A on the first floor to the right, ongoing issue with the people leaving the dog outside for long periods of time. Advise if you want another 10-40.
