721 for a welfare check at the Family Nails, 12th house and 801 West Bell Road. 12801 West Bell Road, Suite 135. There's a subject outside yelling to call 911. He's laying on the ground screaming with a bike next to him in front of the dollar store. He is holding his shoulder. He does appear to be homeless. We're still getting further.
