CAD units, be alert. Our first CNR vehicle on Street at Exit 17, going southbound. Black Ford truck with a trailer, 28, Charles Robert 35060. And another CNR at Tony's Ice Cream, East Franklin Boulevard. Two motorcycles going up and down Franklin and last seen going westbound. One is copy wheelies, one is shirtless. Clear at 1555.
