Respond on number 12 Elm Street. It's going to be unit B in the back of the building, the basement apartment. She's reporting she has a restraining order against the female party that used to live upstairs. The female supposedly has since then moved out, but she states the female is up there right now. She's causing a rocket upstairs. It sounds like she's moving things around, but she shouldn't be there and there is a restraining order.
