Lincoln 0, copy, at North Sea TAC Park, 12830 Des Moines Road Drive South. A male had exposed himself to the RP and his kids. RP is no longer in the area. Looking for a Hispanic male in his 40s, green jacket, baby blue t-shirt, and green pants. Last seen northbound. Lincoln 14 to back. Received. And just be advised, RP said he did reach into his jacket like he had a weapon, but no weapon actually seen. Copy.
