10-4, we're being en route to a drug use at McDonald's, 810 South Riley Road, 810 South Riley, off of Cliffdale Road. We're going to be in contact with Fran. She's standing by in a lady sedan outside this location. She's standing a white male, approximately 26 to 30 years of age, wearing a gray McDonald's shirt and blue jeans, is smoking marijuana while inside the building. No weapons involved. Nothing further.
