Officers arrived on scene and located a person in the street suffering from life-threatening injuries. Officers rendered aid and medics arrived on scene. Despite the lifesaving efforts of the emergency responders the person was declared deceased on scene. The vehicle and driver involved was located and is cooperating with the investigation. in the video the witnesses say she wasn’t wearing a helmet, collided with a scooter and hit her head. and we see NO BUS in the video. so i think the citizen title might be inaccurate. the bus would have been stopped, right?
