1 Boy 3. Going. It's going to be in the 4500 block of 1515 Ave Northeast for a vehicle occupied by a driver and a passer. Both appear to be unconscious. The vehicle is not running. No obvious injury or narcotics. Fire is not responding. See a black four-door Nissan Altima, Charles Henry Victor 6682 with heavy tinted windows.
