King 131, if you want to head up to Capitol and Barker, again, this person's having a great difficulty explaining where they were, were in what direction when this hit-and-run occurred, but it sounds like they were in the intersection of Barker and Capitol, making it the town's crash. They're now pulled over east of on Capitol. We still don't have a description of the striking vehicle or where it went.
