32. 4134. Caller states a male cut him off, was yelling for him to pull over, pulled out an AK-47, pointed it in the air. This occurred two minutes ago. The weapon was an AK-47, black in color. Suspect last seen southbound on Vine in a red Honda Civic with a missing rear bumper. Male, black, 20s, unknown height. Caller is anonymous. Just check the area.
