13-12, 13-82, I show you both responding to North Powers Boulevard and Palmer Park Boulevard for a high mechanism traffic accident. This will be dual response with CSPD, or excuse me, CSFD. This is vehicle versus pedestrian. Female party in the street, not moving, possibly deceased. Vehicle is a black Chevy in the turn lane.
