Tower 6. Tower 0. It's at 344 Street on 42nd Avenue South. The caller is saying right before the curb there, there's a vehicle in the middle of the road blocking northbound. The vehicle is on. The RP believes that the driver was possibly asleep at the wheel, but they couldn't actually tell if it was occupied. It's a black truck, tinted windows.
