An ambulance at 7830 North Central Expressway, northbound. Four males and females fighting inside the IHOP. Complainant was refusing to give any further information. Just kept repeating the need for police. IHOP manager then called in and said it's going to be a Black female, 19 to 20-year-old, a second Black female, and two Black males, 40 plus. Complainant states one female has black hair. from a thrown glass and refusing to give clothing description. Suspects throwing glass and utensils at one another, and a person is injured.
