4. 22. 23. It's at Sunset Neighborhood Park, 2680 Sunset Lane Northeast. Neighbor's calling, says there's a vehicle that drove through the grass, nearly hit some kids. No one was injured. They are now with a large group just barbecuing at the grass. A dark blue newer SUV, Black male, 40, 6 feet, white shirt, blue jeans. They would like to move along.
