Caller states that there's a 30-year-old Black male wearing blue sweatpants and a black t-shirt got out of the car and aggressively walked up on her former friend, Aaliyah. 20-year-old Black female with a white hoodie. No weapons, unknown intoxication. He smacked the phone out of her hand. She's trying to get away. Caller wants to remain anonymous, but she's in the area on her bike keeping an eye from afar. 2315. 21, we got it. 541 arrived.
