At the McDonald's at 3708 East and Nazareth Highway. 3708 East and Nazareth Highway. There are a bunch of kids acting rowdy, disturbing traffic. There's about 30 of them. They're currently leaving the plaza, headed past the Red Robin. The caller wanted to remain anonymous.
