61. In the area of Grinnell and Fontaine, southbound, RP saw a blue Mitsubishi recklessly driving. The female passenger was hitting the driver. They were turning east on Fontaine when RP saw this. The female got out of the car at the Mountain View Meadow Apartments. She's a 30-year-old white female, 5'8", 160, brown hair, last wearing a blue shirt and jeans. We're still looking further.
