96 to Stagecoach in Crystal Valley in Little Rock. Caller advised a black SUV with a male driver stuck a gun out of the vehicle and shot off a few rounds. The vehicle was last seen on Crystal Valley, possibly headed towards Colonel Miller Road. Caller did not want to give their information and did not want contact. Little Rock was notified of the general area and advised it was not their jurisdiction.
