43. Units in 24 and citywide, getting a person with a knife at the Jewel Food Store, 1763 North Howard, 1763 West Howard. Caller states an unknown driver of a white van, license plate 4003073, nearly ran the complainant off the road while riding his bike in the bike lane. Caller states he has a knife in his pocket and he threatened to slash his tire. He's going after the driver with his knife as he approaches him. Both parties are in the Jewel lot, no further. Zone 11, station clear.
