Jennifer Smith is calling in advising there are kids looking into vehicles in the area. It doesn't give an exact time frame. It just says past and unknown where they are now. But they were mixed-slash-Latino males, under 17, wearing shirt with light circle on the back, black shorts. Black shirt, hit, light paint.
