Node of the board in 14, assault in progress, Western and Logan. Logan and Western completely separate from David's stop. I have a female caller stating a male black, black swimmer in a black shirt, blue jeans, is on the corner trying to attack passing cars and making threats. He's got a dog with him, a stick, and maybe some other known, unknown weapons. He seems like he's under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Nothing further.
