Units in 19 and citywide, we're getting an assault in progress at Western and Leland. Caller states he and an unknown female Black are arguing. She's wearing a white shirt with polka dots and black tights, and she's accusing him of hitting her. Came in as a battery just occurred at the same location. District 19, Zone 2, station clear.
