102nd Street South and Ainsworth Avenue South. Caller passerby was reporting a male running in the roadway who was trying to juggle hammers in the air, almost hitting vehicles. A Black male in the 30s, 5'10", thin-build, shaved black hair, shirtless, wearing a white apron. Appeared possibly harming dogs and potatoes.
