Jackson 3740 Pacific. Said they've been produced a trespasser, Russell. Black male, 40s, 5'9", slim-build, black hair, blue tank top, light blue pants, red shoes, known to carry a knife, appears possibly hair intoxicated. Was harassing a female customer earlier and pushed her and is currently harassing other customers. Has been coming and going all day long. Said he's also been standing in the roadway blocking traffic.
