419, starting in towards the residential, 512 East McGee, outside units available for a possible homeless subject that's trying to break into a house. Caller's advising that the owner passed away a couple weeks ago. Subject's going to be a male, white, short, blonde hair, unknown clothing, has a backpack, thinks they're possibly under the influence. I'm clear. College and Grant? 415, I'll go with them.
