A signal 7 call, 2004 Oglethorpe Street. 2004 Oglethorpe Street. Came through a Spanish interpreter. Our call said people in the parking lot are smoking drugs, drinking alcohol, and threatening people to walk past. It's a third party caller not on scene and I have a 10-34. 82.
