One of the reasons this probably happened is because a lot of people who don’t live there keep finding places to hide in there. Family is one thing but iykyk and the management dont really do much but sit in the office drink coffee and over charge the tenents. When half the Time elevators aren’t working neither. The city needs to get involved and help these people frfr mamdani wya
