require ventilation, but I wasn't sure I needed to go from here to get this structure buttoned up. Yeah, so as long as the fire's out and the gas or electric shut off to it, there's no fire. I mean, our responsibility there is ended, because I'm not quite sure what you're asking. I copy that, Chief. My only concern was that we do still have some water that is going to continue to leak.

from that water tank because of the melted drain valve. I can't get the water shut off of the water tank itself, so that will continue to be an issue. I'll see if the resident has contact info for the landlord, go from there. Alright, my thought is, to get it to stop leaking, why don't you make sure the water supply to the hot water tank is turned off, turn the hot water on, and drain it out to the sink, and then it should just kind of suck up all the water out of the tank, and should empty that, I would assume.

Yeah, copy that. The water shut off to the tank and stuff is frozen open. So, I'll see if I can get it loosened up and we'll go from there. Thank you, Chief. We're clear. Okay, yeah, if you just run us and Foss, it's hot water, it's flat.
