I'm clear. We're taking a reckless. South M-37 Highway and West M-43 Highway. Was last seen going northbound M-37. Caller was going southbound. She's sitting in crossrocket, was swerving in between cars. Unknown caller. He was wearing a red sweatshirt, throwing his hands up when weaving in and out of traffic.
