213, 113. Check, person with a weapon, Glenstone and Portland. Male walking southbound on the west side of Glenstone appears to be carrying a rifle. A white male, longer, dark hair, short facial hair, black t-shirt, dark pants, and dark shoes. The backpack was not brandishing firearm, just carrying it.
