Cars at Tacoma, 2501 South Tacoma Way, walking between the two lots is a Black male, 25 to 30, 5'8", 180 pounds, black with a blonde streak, red button shirt, with dark shorts. He was yelling at people. He used to be a customer. He's associated with Blue 2013 and Infinity SUV. It's a temporary tag of Adam 955-6407. They were requesting him just be moved along. I attempted to call back as the call was about an hour old and I'm not getting an answer.
