Engine 26, going on report of grass on fire that's about to go up a telephone pole, and all the stoplights are out at North Columbia Boulevard and North Vancouver Avenue. Just be aware, Engine 17 and Truck 8 are en route to a power pole down with some sparking at Columbia and Northeast 11th Avenue. Can't tell if they're related. Respond on Ops 1. Engine 26, going on grass on fire near a utility box about to go up a telephone pole. Several callers.
