1142, 1141, respond for no one, a complainant coming to the Y's at 165 Oroville Road, 165 Oroville, cross streets between North Marlin and Eastern Boulevard. Clyde says that outside of Y's Market in the parking lot, there's a juvenile who is riding scooters. They asked him to leave, and one of them is not complying, says he won't leave because he said a vehicle tried to hit him. Looks like white, male, 13, wearing a mask, he's got a hoodie on with a hood up. Looks like he's got a gray jacket with a hood up, gray sweatpants. Black bike.
