1980 Victor and units at Wrigley, citywide, tell me about a person with a knife, Racine and Clark, 3700 block north, Racine and Clark. TMA 622 was given info that a shirtless male, white, with a baseball cap, has a knife and is running northbound. I'm not sure if it's on Racine or Clark. This is all the info we have. Yeah, 80 Victor 1, 10-4, we heard over citywide. I was waiting for him to create the ticket so I could see it on the board.
