Caller stating a white Chevy Traverse, New York Reg MDT 2007, Mary David Tom 2007, driving about 20 miles per hour, swerved into bike lane about four times. Driver's going to be a 25-year-old white female with black hair, last seen heading southbound on South Salina past Green Hills.
