Hope the lady who got hit walking her dog is ok. The parents of the kids who stole the car and hit her are done for, the charges and lawsuits will probably bankrupt them. Hope they learn a lesson about parental supervision.

The young lady that got hit was in her 20s. Her dog was found and returned to her family. She was breathing when they put her into the ambulance the little boy that was driving his leg was broke. The other one was just out of it due to the airbags, but everyone was breathing and got transported to hospitals.
