Respond to the Trinity Lutheran Church at 323 Scott Street, crosses of East 3rd and East 4th. Caller states there was three blonde boys and a girl at the basketball area. There was a boy in silver shorts that was hitting another boy and had him cornered at the fence by the basketball area.
