 Driver's male, Black, with all black on. Front seat passenger's female, Black, white shirt, black pants with a white stripe, long hair, and the other one is in the backseat with all black on.

 9182, he's going to go westbound on a service road south of 161. I see another cruising, that's where it is. And we're going to point to the McDonald's here. I haven't let him up yet.
