6079, any available unit to back 189 West 1st Street, 189 West 1st Street between Westbridge Street and West Oneida Street. Complainant, states there's a female who opened the back door of the restaurant and was being verbal. She's now running through the flower beds and has an electric bug zapper in her hand, possibly intoxicated. Complainant will be inside the restaurant in the kitchen.
