900 Bravo, 4101 West Union Hills, number 1160. The neighbor's apartment door is open. The cats were coming out. The complainant knocked, got no answer. There is a key in the door. The complainant's boyfriend took the key out, put it under the mat, and then closed the door for the cats. Did ring on the ring camera, but got no answer. Neighbor's a White female, early 30s. No contact at 812. Unit to follow?
